Let's Go!

It seems it is time for the Traditionalists to step up to the plate. The Diocese has begun making arbitrary rules to deny Catholics of their rights. This will not stand.

Stay tuned, true believers.

Can you expand on the arbitrary rules you're observing, Traddy? We see a lot arbitrary decisions in our Deanery that are more austere than the Call To Holiness implementation game plan that's to be the official play book. Except the call and service to Faith isn't a game. Not by a long shot.

Care to inform us?

I certainly hope you are not going against Cardinal Rigali and his delegate.

Do you have a problem with the church?

Pruned Vine/Sir Rockin One:

Can BOTH of you expand on what you are talking about?

Sir Rockin One: Please elaborate.

Sorry, but I can't go into it right now. I will post on it when I can. For now, pray that the Holy Father's wishes be carried out in this diocese.

It seems that the traditionalists are being very closed about this...how can they expect anyone to give them what they want when they don't let anyone know what is going on?

Honestly, it all seems a bit selfish to me. Many parishes are closing and you are worried about having Mass for TRADITIONALISTS, not the Catholic community.
I don't go to St Michaels and demand a folk Mass!

You not knowing what is going on does not mean that those who matter do not. The proper channels are being followed. Thanks for your concern.

Also, the Holy Father has not asked that folk Masses be a part of every parish. He has done so for the Old Mass. Also, it is not about Traditionalists, it is about the Pope's wishes that the Mass of All Times be brought out of the shadow of VII. The Mass was never abrogated, it was thrown aside by people with an agenda.

All we ask for is the Mass. For all Catholics.

I guess these are arbitrary rules that they aren't being terribly public about. Not saying you're wrong -- just scratching my head.
